Zhengzhou KingsunTech Co., Ltd. contains two plants, for sand casting and lost foam casting respectively. For sand casting, we have K.W. High-Pressure Molding Lines, JY Static Pressure Molding Lines and GF Air Impact Molding Lines of three cast iron parts production units. This plant has a strong production capacity of gray iron, ductile iron and cylinder block/head and other large housing. Our production of gray iron castings, ductile iron parts is up to 60,000 tons and the production of cylinder blocks & heads is up to 17,000 tons per year. Our molding equipment technique, dimensional accuracy and surface quality are the leading domestic level. In EPC, we have more than ten years' experience in casting production process. Our finished product ratio reached 99%. Our company mainly produces gray cast iron (HT100-HT300) and ductile cast iron (QT400-QT800). We are one of the largest production bases that mainly produce cast iron parts for tractors, wind power, ships and engineering machinery, weighing from 2Kg to 400Kg. Products can be custom made according your supplied design drawings. Our annual output capacity reaches 100000 tons.
